  • The challenge

Paperback Passport began as an idea to connect readers through circular book sharing while supporting sustainability and community. The concept needed a cohesive brand identity, clear positioning, and an operational foundation that could scale from concept to pilot launch.

  • My approach

I developed the full go-to-market strategy and brand identity direction, creating a unified look, feel, and message for the new venture. This included defining the brand concept, designing the visual identity, and building an automated onboarding system that linked the website, survey forms, and email communications. I also created the content and social strategy to attract early adopters and position the project for growth.

  • Outcome

Paperback Passport is now in its pilot stage, positioned for a successful launch with a clear, recognisable brand and an operational foundation built for scale. The automated workflows have streamlined onboarding and engagement, while early campaigns have attracted pilot participants and validated both the concept and community interest.
